SYNOPSIS: Honoring Rockefeller legacy, Rose Hill, is a 45-story residential building in the NoMad district, a neighborhood characterized by its history of skyscraper architecture, while looking to the future. An expressive glass and metal façade sources inspiration from the Rockefeller Group’s landmark developments, namely Rockefeller Center.
Geometric accents, intricate details and expansive windows combine to reference a classically Gotham aesthetic, interpreted in a modern vocabulary. The crown with our Gen3 linear lighting suite serves as a terminus for the directionality driven by the intricate chevron forms.
