Our manufacturing process includes the assembly of ourLED circuit boards and controllers via high speed automation, meaning we have absolute control over our process, schedule and of course LED binning, allowing us to ensure perfect color consistency. Plus, we are Buy American Compliant.

Our LED fixtures are tested to rigorous test schedule before release to the field. Product certifications may include cULus, cETLus, CE, IP, FCC, LM-79, LM-80, and RoHS, plus we’ve designed and tested products for Mil-Spec applications. When in production, in process testing includes 100% inspection, 100% functional test, and 100% 24 hour burn-in and leak test for outdoor-rated linear products.
